Pasta is is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Typically pasta is made from an unleavened dough of a durum wheat flour mixed with water And formed into various sheets or shapes. Whole wheat pastas contain considerably amounts of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium and manganese. It contains carbohydrates, and also contain sodium, and has no cholesterol.

The fruit is used for culinary and non culinary purposes throughout the world, primarily for its juice though the pulp and rind ( zest ) are also used for cooking and baking. 5 – 6 % of juice contain citric acid! that gives lemon a sour taste. Normally lemon juice and lemon rice is made. But this is quite different and easy to make.
